Position Overview:

This full-time position is designed for those who are committed to ensuring the success of our enterprise clients as they implement their AI phone agents. As a Support Engineer at Bland AI, your primary focus will be on assisting with integrations, prompting, and providing direct support to customers to guarantee their success. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, ideal for individuals who thrive in a start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding of enterprise clients, assisting with initial prompting, integrations, and set-up.
  • Conduct weekly check-in calls with project leaders and hold workshops with engineers.
  • Address any customer needs promptly, ensuring their requirements are met.

Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Collaborating closely with our customer success and sales teams to gain insights into customer needs and how to support their success.
  • Developing conversational pathways in partnership with our clients.
  • Participating in customer calls to provide support to the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications and comfort with prompt engineering.
  • At least 1+ years in a customer-facing engineering role, preferably in enterprise environments.
  • A strong commitment to ensuring customer success.
  • Attention to detail and enjoyment in cross-functional collaboration within a small team.
  • Comfortable working across the full stack, from developing React components to creating APIs and integrating with third-party services.
  • Willingness to work outside of typical business hours, as this role may require availability at various times.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing enterprise-grade AI applications.
  • Knowledge of large language models (LLMs).
  • Background in a start-up environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
