Notion operates primarily in-person, requiring employees to be present in the office for two designated Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and encouraging a significant in-office presence throughout the week.


Role Overview:


Oversee a substantial portfolio of clients in the AMER region. Enhance and broaden our customer base through personalized Notion consultations, training sessions, and support programs.

Develop and implement large-scale outreach initiatives targeting key stakeholders to facilitate Notion adoption.
Collaborate across departments with sales teams to ensure robust utilization of Notion.

Act as our internal product champion, enhancing customer workflows and maximizing their return on investment with Notion.

Identify and engage strategic clients to increase monthly active users and expand seat licenses.

Proactively reach out to clients who may not be fully leveraging Notion's capabilities and create tailored action plans to drive their success.

Contribute to shaping our overall growth strategy.

Expected Contributions:


Promote adoption and growth for a product that genuinely addresses real-world issues: Major corporations utilize Notion to manage extensive teams, while individuals can use it for everyday tasks like note-taking and photo sharing.

Some non-profit organizations even leverage it for wildlife conservation efforts. Help establish the foundations of Customer Success at Notion: As an early member of our sales/success team, your input will be crucial in defining our sales-assisted processes.

Serve as a trusted advisor and product specialist for our clients:
Conduct training, onboarding, and collaborative sessions to educate clients and explore new applications of Notion.

Influence Our Product Development:

Through your interactions with clients, you will gather insights that will help us enhance our offerings — collaborating with the product team to inform future developments.

Advance your skills as we tackle significant challenges:
Our achievements surpass those of teams ten times our size in a shorter timeframe — and there is still much to learn and accomplish.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a rapidly growing software environment. Proven success in a Customer Success or Account Management role. Experience managing a high volume of accounts. Strong intrinsic motivation to excel and contribute to team success. A growth mindset, thriving in the early stages of team development. Passion for seeing others succeed and grow through collaboration. Highly adaptable, able to navigate a fast-paced and evolving industry. Enjoy connecting with new individuals and assisting them in solving their business challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience creating Customer Success playbooks or processes. Background in scaled program management or campaign development. Familiarity with Notion. Interest in data and insights, with experience using Salesforce and Gainsight. Previous experience as an early hire in a fast-growing startup. Strong technical skills.

The compensation for this role will be determined based on various factors, including location, the complexity of the role, and the candidate's experience and expertise.

For positions based in San Francisco, the estimated hourly rate for this role is $50.77, with a variable target of $21,200 - $26,400, leading to an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $106,000 - $132,000 annually.
