Spectrum Convergence operates within Lockheed Martin's Rotary & Mission Systems business area, focusing on developing technologies to empower the warfighter in the electromagnetic spectrum. As the Warfighter Solutions Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing portfolio programs, financial performance, growth strategies, new business development, customer engagements, collaboration with functional leaders, and contribution to technical roadmap planning activities.

These responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing execution and start-up of portfolio programs;
  • Accountability for financial performance and results;
  • Developing and executing portfolio growth and diversification strategies;
  • Supporting the portfolio's new business pipeline development and captures;
  • Representing the portfolio in senior level customer engagements;
  • Collaborating with market segment functional leaders; and
  • Contributing to IRAD and technical roadmap planning activities.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Strong program management or portfolio management experience
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional organizations
  • Successful strategy development and business capture experience
  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Desired Skills:
  • Understanding of Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and Information Warfare concepts
  • Experience administering multiple contract types
  • Experience managing distributed program teams
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Experience with full program lifecycle execution
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Excellent communications, leadership, and relationship building skills
  • EVMS experience

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; US Citizenship is mandatory.
