  • Register and validate customers' club/lounge access
  • Manage flight bookings and confirmations using specialized tools
  • Assist premium customers with flight check-ins and other services

  • Coordinate elite status customer services and support
  • Assist with baggage and amenities at club/lounge facilities

  • Train and supervise club/lounge agents to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications for Success

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in English; bilingual skills may be required in some locations
  • Strong customer service experience in a hospitality environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and customer care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in the travel industry and customer-facing roles preferred
  • Comfort with technology and basic PC skills
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
