Position Title: Premium Suites Manager

Job Summary:

As the Premium Suites Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of all suite functions, ensuring that our guests receive unparalleled service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory effectively to optimize value and minimize waste.
  • Ensure staff adherence to quality assurance standards while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Monitor marketing materials to ensure they are current and relevant.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures to meet client expectations.
  • Guarantee that all suite catering services surpass guest expectations.
  • Hold team members accountable for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Foster a culture of heartfelt hospitality among team members.
  • Maintain high show quality standards consistently.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, guests, and team members.
  • Regularly gather feedback from clients and guests to enhance operations.
  • Support and communicate company initiatives effectively.
  • Address and assist with any guest service issues within the department.
  • Implement all menus, promotions, and programs as directed by the Premium leadership team, in line with Levy standards.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation practices diligently.
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Complete daily reporting accurately and on time.
  • Compile required department reports for month-end closing.
  • Ensure team members follow Levy Company guidelines as outlined in training materials.
  • Utilize performance management tools to guide and provide feedback to team members.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment to maximize productivity and morale.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude towards all team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food and beverage operational role.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and culinary excellence.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
