Position Overview As a Premium Services Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Premium Services to manage our team, ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction, safety, and financial outcomes.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing club facilities, managing suite operations, coordinating event activities with catering and culinary teams, and ensuring proper maintenance and inventory of equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food and beverage management, demonstrating effective coaching skills to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure premium service operations consistently exceed guest expectations
• Present Levy's premium offerings to guests in a manner that enhances satisfaction and profitability
• Communicate client requirements through clear and timely written and verbal interactions
• Hold team members accountable for delivering exceptional service
• Foster a culture of heartfelt hospitality among team members
• Maintain high standards of show quality at all times
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and team members
• Gather and utilize feedback from clients and guests to enhance operations
• Support and promote company initiatives
• Address and resolve any guest service issues promptly
• Implement menus, promotions, and programs as directed by the Director of Premium Services
• Meet daily sales and cost targets
• Achieve budgetary goals
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
• Enforce responsible alcohol service policies
• Complete daily reporting accurately and on time
• Prepare monthly department reports
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines as outlined in training materials
• Continuously seek opportunities for revenue growth
• Promote the sale of profitable services
• Prepare forecasts and analyze group sales in line with company standards
• Ensure accurate billing and payment processes
• Utilize performance management tools to guide and support team members
• Cultivate a collaborative work environment that enhances productivity and morale
• Conduct regular meetings to maintain open communication with team members
• Recruit, train, and develop team members according to company standards
• Maintain a positive and supportive attitude towards colleagues
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Passion for hospitality, food, and customer service
• Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is advantageous
• Familiarity with Point of Sale systems is preferred
• High level of computer proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• ServSafe certification is a plus
