\u003Cp>The People Operations HR Generalist provides support to the HRBP team in the areas of employee relations and position management. The Generalist will work independently as well as part of a team, focusing on a wide range of HR-related topics and collaborating across multiple HR functions.\u003C/p>

\u003Cp>Responsibilities:
\u003C/p>

\u003Cli>Provide support to the Business Partner team in core areas including: performance management, retention and succession planning, training material development, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding processes. Collaborating closely with HR colleagues to develop policies, programs, and solutions that further enhance our culture and employer-of-choice offerings; Synthesizing and analyzing data trends and metrics to support business decisions; Preparing and maintaining presentations and best practices for the Business Partner team; Supporting the HR Business Partners in developing and delivering HR strategies that support business priorities; and identifying training and development needs for employees and developing materials and monitoring training programs to ensure training objectives are met (75%)\u003C/li>
\u003Cli>Act as a liaison between other functions within HR team (Reporting, Talent Development, Benefits and Recruiting) on various projects and deliverables as well liaising with the broader corporate customers. (20%)\u003C/li>
