Role Responsibilities

The Human Resources Assistant Specialist for HR Services will handle the transactional management for all Human Resources COEs, with a particular emphasis on Labor & Employee Relations (LER).

Labor & Employee Relations Services: Responsible for the operational administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements for a designated client group, including wage management (such as mass wage adjustments and pay corrections), personnel movements (like shift changes and promotions), and general administrative duties (including reporting, audits, grievance documentation, and disciplinary actions).

Basic Qualifications
  • Proven attention to detail while managing large-scale transactions with minimal errors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote).
  • A demonstrated growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience in virtual customer service.
  • Ability to conduct data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong prioritization, organizational, planning, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Human Resources or Labor Relations.
  • Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a virtual environment across multiple locations.
  • Familiarity with Peoplesoft (HRMS) and/or SAP Success Factors.
  • Knowledge of operations within a large-scale Union setting.
  • Capacity to maintain accuracy amidst ongoing changes in work processes.
