Job Summary:
Duties:
- Manage inbound and outbound leads
- Engage in preassessments with referrals sent to the facility
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in handling patient information
- Assist in managing phone systems and directing calls appropriately
- Support the office with various administrative tasks related to admissions
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an addiction treatment center setting with admissions related position
- Proficiency in coordination of insurance verification and admission to the treatment program
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality protocols
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and providers effectively
- Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
MUST HAVE ADMISSIONS EXPERIENCE
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic addiction treatment program where you can contribute to the smooth operation of the admissions process.
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
