Duties:

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads
- coordinate and organize admissions to the treatment program or tours to the treatment program.

  • Engage in preassessments with referrals sent to the facility
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in handling patient information
  • Assist in managing phone systems and directing calls appropriately
  • Support the office with various administrative tasks related to admissions

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an addiction treatment center setting with admissions related position
  • Proficiency in coordination of insurance verification and admission to the treatment program
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality protocols
  • Strong communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and providers effectively
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment

MUST HAVE ADMISSIONS EXPERIENCE


This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic addiction treatment program where you can contribute to the smooth operation of the admissions process.
