Position Summary:

As a Digital Product Manager at Kemper, you will play a critical role in improving the performance of our digital assets and marketing efforts. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and data analytics teams to manage the customer journey and conduct A/B tests aimed at enhancing user engagement, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in shaping our strategies and driving business growth.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of A/B and multivariate tests using industry-standard tools and technologies on our website, mobile app, email campaigns, and other digital channels to improve key performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and enhance the customer journey. Manage the go-to-market strategy for the Kemper Auto Telematics product through A/B tests, analysis, and data-driven recommendations. Create and maintain project and test plans, schedules, and documentation to ensure efficient execution. Act as a leader between the consumers and the technical teams, communicating consumer needs and translating those needs into new features for the team to design. Partner with Value Chain Business Architects to develop product roadmaps that will be incorporated into the broader KMPR product portfolio plan and catalogue. Oversee the development and implementation of data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data into an information product that can provide production insight into the health of the product. Monitor test performance and analyze data to draw actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations. Present test results and insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, data science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus. 6+ years of proven experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization, or digital product management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and RESTful architecture. Experience in API design and documentation is preferred. Proficiency in A/B testing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO). Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous but not required. A passion for innovation, testing, and continuous improvement. This position is a remote role and can work from a US based home.

The range for this position is $78,800 to $135,000. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors. This job is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and Kemper benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc.)
