- Find and amplify the voices of the customer, employee, and partner to guide practical digital solutions.
- Be a key team member in digital technology and strategy engagements, building client relationships, mapping key technical inputs, project delivery, and overall program success.
- Help shape the experience-led growth agenda, using human and market insights to frame future growth opportunities and help clients innovate new products, services, and business models.
- 5-7 years of experience working with business and technical teams in the digital domain.
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and ability to interact with different levels of end users, business leaders, and technical resources.
- Experience with digital tools, such as marketing automation, email tooling, or web analytics.
- Demonstrated technical mastery, analytical skills, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Expert in data-driven decision making, eager to learn, creative thinker, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team with a strong sense of ownership.
- Demonstrated awareness of change management and influence mapping to support digital initiatives.
- Ability to act in a leadership role within project delivery teams.
