Role Overview

The Global Head of Digital Product will be responsible for leading the company's digital product strategy and roadmap, driving key decisions specific to new product enhancements, features, and digital pipeline. This role will oversee the development of a high-performance and centralized agile product management chapter structure, bringing significant market insight, strategic thinking, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global digital product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and supply chain, to drive product innovation and successful launches.
  • Work with the strategy delivery office and senior leadership team to define and deliver on key digital product business initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure the organization is aware and aligned with strategy, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to enable innovation and ensure the highest quality and reliability of our digital product portfolio.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing digital product chapter team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and optimize digital product performance, taking proactive measures to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Tech, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • 10+ years of product and portfolio management experience.
  • Depth in at least one of the big domains for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG): martech, RGM/B2B sales, and/or Supply Chain is preferred.
  • Experience with modern, cloud-based full stack software.
  • Experience driving product management across a federated global organization with regional solution development/customization.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team and collaborate across departments.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Project management and proven track record in growing businesses.
