Exciting Opportunity as an Outside Sales Representative
In this challenging and dynamic role:
- Meet or exceed annual gross margin budget by promoting and selling products.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Keep abreast of local competition and market conditions.
- Recommend new items for stock and maintain customer records.
- Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings.
- Demonstrate products post-sale when required.
Your qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience, 6+ years preferred.
- Business administration, sales, and marketing knowledge.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent persuasion and sales abilities.
- Extensive travel required.
Work Shift: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Compensation Details:
Starting at $65,000 annually plus commission based on business metrics.
