The Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:

  • Establish enduring relationships with real estate agents, builders, investors, and loan officers.
  • Sell Title & Closing Services to Real Estate agents across Coastal Virginia (Chesapeake / Virginia Beach / Norfolk / Portsmouth / Suffolk).
  • Inputting and keeping track of prospect and client interactions and appointments in the company's CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Hold one-on-one and group meetings with agents/loan officers weekly in the region, providing information about TQ services.
  • Follow up on queries requiring further research or additional details related to a specific transaction mentioned by the customer/prospect.
  • Every meeting/appointment followed by a personalized note and feedback shared with the Sales Team Leader/Management.
  • Conduct educational workshops using a mix of prepared and customized materials.
  • Maintain the company's social media presence through Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Exceptional Service Skills:

We seek an amiable, outgoing, well-organized individual with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills to ensure customers have an outstanding experience during their real estate transactions.

  • Active listener with great communication skills, both in person and electronically.
  • Demonstrates confidence in public speaking.
  • High standards for customer service and fostering relationships.
  • Projects a positive company image through professional behavior and appearance towards colleagues and customers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of sales experience, preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a bonus.
  • Other service industry & sales experience of 3 years may also be considered.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
