Job Overview

At Karma Holdings LLC, our success is driven by our exceptional sales team. We are in search of a skilled sales executive to assist in promoting the products that our clients have come to trust. The sales executive will possess a thorough understanding of the sales cycle, excelling in lead generation, relationship building, and deal closure. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiation abilities and the capacity to present our offerings in an engaging manner. It is crucial for our sales executive to be personable, professional, experienced, and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our company's offerings, beginning with a comprehensive understanding and conducting consumer research to identify how our solutions fulfill client needs.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through effective execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Generate leads and cultivate relationships by planning and organizing daily activities to engage existing or potential sales outlets.
  • Develop and execute a territory action plan based on thorough data analysis, adjusting sales techniques according to field interactions and outcomes.
  • Compensation is based on commission.
Daily and Monthly Duties
  • Maintain productive relationships with current clients to ensure outstanding service and discover potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify suitable prospects, schedule appointments, conduct effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to secure new business across all service categories.
  • Possess comprehensive product knowledge and be able to conduct demonstrations and address objections effectively.
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
  • Meet sales objectives by evaluating current client needs and adhering to a defined selling process with prospective buyers, often utilizing product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Collaborate with other sales representatives to ensure company quotas and standards are met, conducting market research and regular competitor analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Strong personal integrity.
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time (optional).
  • Reliable internet connection with electricity backup.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
