Job Overview

Position Summary

The Channel Sales Executive plays a crucial role in expanding the business of Clear Touch by actively engaging with both end users and reseller partners. This position entails various responsibilities including attending trade shows, conducting both in-person and virtual demonstrations, and offering support to reseller partners to enhance their engagement with end users.

  • Design and implement customer relationship initiatives
  • Contribute to and enhance internal brand marketing efforts
  • Interact with clients and follow up on potential leads
  • Act as the primary contact for all matters related to customer account management
  • Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate agreements and finalize contracts to optimize profitability
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate the status of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for new business with existing clients and areas for improvement to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts
  • Manage budget and strive to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas as set by management
  • Prepare detailed reports on account performance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the designated territory
  • Assist with complex client requests or escalated issues as necessary
  • Participate in events to promote company offerings

The designated territory for this role is the Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in channel management, account management, sales management, or key account management
  • Proven ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Physical ability to lift or push up to 75 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required
