Birmingham, Alabama, United States EBSCO Full time
Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, Moultrie Mobile ) is a rapidly scaling software and cellular camera platform used by hunters, property owners, jobsite managers, and others for real-time remote monitoring.

We take pride in developing deep user understanding, obsess about the details, and go the extra mile to show our users we love them.

Moultrie is first and foremost customer driven – hardware, software, marketing, and customer success teams collaborate to deliver a quality user experience.

Moultrie Mobile is a division of PRADCO Outdoor Brands, a leader in producing game calls, scents, attractants, game feeders, game cameras, tree stands and fishing lures.

PRADCO has been in business since 1894, and we offer the stability and benefits of a firmly established corporation while operating as a growth-focused team with the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup.

We are guided by the following principles: We put the customer first.; We are curious and seek to learn.; We take ownership.; We are grounded.; We win as a team.; We are builders working with relentless energy, urgency, passion, and drive.; We innovate, experiment, and take risks.

The Events Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Moultrie Mobile brand experience across various platforms and events.

This position is charged with orchestrating the brand's presence in the market, ensuring our brand standards are not only met but exceeded in every customer interaction.

From trade shows to digital events, the Events Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product development, and retail teams to deliver memorable brand experiences that drive awareness and growth on brand, on budget, and on time.

You enjoy living in the trenches every day.
You eat coordination for breakfast and scarf down tradeshow logistics for dinner.

You have an independent wealth of knowledge of working with teams to accomplish more tasks than you can do on your own.

The education you garner is off-the-cuff, on-the-job training, and you've weathered a few storms with late shipping, insufficient time or supplies, late dinners after a 16-hour day, which included delayed flights; an individual with a bit of scar tissue that drives efficiency and communication.

You will be working in a dynamic, high-functioning team, crossing into each other's roles, but you will define your path and let these people know you got this task or that project, and you are not afraid to rip it out of their cold, dead hands.

You notice when a component is broke, needs tweaking, or needs more oil, and you over-engineer all the various parts to smooth the articulation because you value longevity.

You are creative, see the bigger picture, and find beauty in mundane, repetitive tasks.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and manage event budgets, providing regular forecasts and reports to senior management.
