POSITION: CATERING AND EVENTS MANAGER

REPORTS TO: OWNER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all operational facets of both existing and new off-site catering services and in-house events.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts and annual financial plans.
  • Assess each catering opportunity and event to enhance revenue and profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Ensure that sales and profit margins in all catering segments, including events, meet or exceed budgeted targets.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of effective marketing strategies aimed at boosting catering and event revenues.
  • Engage in competitive analysis of products, services, and pricing to inform strategic business planning.
  • Conduct sales initiatives targeting diverse market segments.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Actively engage in industry-related associations.
  • Facilitate restaurant site tours and client presentations.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions and promotional sales activities.
