The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and organized professional capable of orchestrating successful events tailored to the unique requirements of financial advisors. By executing high-caliber seminars, dinners, webinars, and other gatherings, you will significantly contribute to the professional development, networking, and client engagement opportunities for financial advisors within the RFG community. This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives and brand ethos.

Location:

This role is based in our Birmingham, AL office, offering a hybrid work schedule of three days in-office and two days remote.

Reporting Structure:

Reports to the Corporate Events Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs Assessment: Understand the specific requirements and objectives of each event.
  • Event Planning: Develop the event's concept, theme, and agenda, while creating a detailed timeline.
  • Logistics Coordination: Research and secure venues, manage suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment, and oversee the setup and breakdown of events.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and monitor the event budget, manage invoices and payments, and track expenses.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the Marketing team on promotional materials, invitations, registration processes, and post-event evaluations to assess effectiveness.
