Manager Accounting

Job Summary:
Under the direction of Director, Accounting, organizes and manages the daily and monthly operations of the entity in which they are assigned. Supervises assigned staff. and serves as an ongoing technical resource to the accounting staff. Responsible for conducting audits of currents systems and implementing proper controls and, as assigned, for special projects that pertain to other entities outside of their normal company assignment.
Minimal Acceptable Job Qualifications
Experience:
Five or more years in General Accounting; hospital background recommended.
CPA credentials (Certified Public Accountant) with a minimum of three years of general accounting experience may be accepted in lieu of the above experience.
Education:
Completion of a Bachelor of Science program in Accounting, Finance, or related area from an accredited university.
