Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven 3PL Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and ensuring the efficient and profitable movement of freight. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure optimal profit margins and competitive rates
  • Manage daily shipments, including tracking and resolving issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Provide proactive and transparent communication to build trust and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
  • Strong work ethic and drive, with a passion for sales and a motivation to outwork the competition
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to find solutions that benefit both the customer and the business
  • Professionalism and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations with diplomacy and tact

  • Familiarity with logistics technology, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate tools like TMS and CRM systems
