Will Do:
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will plan, design, arrange,change and optimize manufacturing processes in production, maintenance,engineering, and sales. Developing, evaluating, improving, anddocumenting manufacturing processes. Developing and implementing processcontrol techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments.
Analyzing manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancementsof quality, cost reduction, and safety. Work closely with manufacturingdepartment to develop, coordinate and implement technical training foremployees. Providing support to production colleagues, while ensuringall production equipment and tooling is operating correctly. Providingengineering support in production department to troubleshoot and resolvetechnical problems. Developing and executing process improvements andcapital appropriations that support cost reductions, new productdevelopment, quality & safety improvements. Conferring with vendors indetermining tooling and equipment specifications and arrangingequipment, parts, or material purchases to support product requirements.

Collaborating with Sales, Application, and Design engineering regardingnew product tooling and design to ensure that we develop methods andequipment that support the customers\' requirements andmanufacturability in production.

Designing and developing manufacturingprocesses and tooling/equipment for enhancements, product changes.
Supporting Sales and Application Engineering by providing time studiesand gathering equipment/tooling requirements for new programs andchanges to existing programs.
