Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide technical input and direction to operations, engineering, and maintenance teams
  • Lead Kaizen events and other improvement initiatives
  • Manage the change control program to ensure all changes deliver safe and high-quality products
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with food processing experience
  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques, including Six Sigma
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

We offer a competitive salary range of $61,800-$97,800, depending on location and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, 401k, and wellness benefits.
