Your Responsibilities:

The Process Improvement Engineer is essential in refining manufacturing processes and equipment. A significant aspect of this role involves assessing and establishing labor standards, revising engineering standards, and planning project estimates to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • Formulate process standards for material release to Data Warehouse and Plex, utilizing time studies through traditional stopwatch methods or predetermined times from other internal product lines.
  • Guarantee the accuracy of data within Data Warehouse and Plex to support Design Engineering functions.
  • Cost Analysis and Decision Support:
    • Evaluate labor, material, and production expenses.
    • Assist management in decision-making by supplying data and statistics regarding production needs.
  • Workflow Analysis and Optimization:
    • Examine and plan workflow, equipment arrangement, and spatial requirements to boost manufacturing efficiency.
    • Coordinate maintenance and repair services for equipment, ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably mechanical engineering.
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach while managing multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Capable of independently managing workload and fostering a low-stress environment.
