Key Responsibilities:
1. **Technical Support:** Offer engineering assistance to the manufacturing team, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to processes, materials, and equipment.
2. **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for enhancing existing manufacturing processes and develop innovative, cost-effective solutions.
3. **Training and Mentorship:** Train production operators and mentor process technicians to foster a knowledgeable workforce capable of addressing challenges effectively.
4. **Collaboration:** Work closely with maintenance personnel to implement systematic troubleshooting methods and root cause analysis for ongoing process improvements.
5. **Project Participation:** Engage in cross-functional teams for flawless launch activities, including FMEA and design reviews.
