Your Responsibilities:

The Manufacturing Process Engineer is integral to enhancing manufacturing practices and machinery. A significant aspect of this role involves assessing and establishing labor benchmarks, reviewing and refining the standards utilized in engineering, and planning project estimates to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Formulate process standards for material release to Data Warehouse and Plex, employing time studies through conventional stopwatch methods or predetermined times from other internal product lines.
  • Guarantee the accuracy of data within Data Warehouse and Plex to support Design Engineering functions.
  • Cost Analysis and Decision Support:
    • Examine labor, material, and production expenses.
    • Assist management in decision-making by supplying data and statistics regarding production needs.
  • Workflow Analysis and Optimization:
    • Evaluate and strategize workflow, equipment arrangement, and spatial requirements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
    • Coordinate maintenance and repair services for equipment, ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably mechanical engineering.
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, emphasizing continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to maintain a detail-oriented focus while managing multiple concurrent tasks and initiatives.
  • Capability to independently oversee workload and foster a low-stress environment.
