Job Duties


Virginia Tax's Office of Technology is seeking a Telecommunications/VoIP Engineer to administer our VoIP infrastructure and to work with our Business Units to develop and deploy custom Automated Call Distributions (ACD), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), and Intelligent Voice Response (IVR) scripts to support agency and citizen needs.

Using Agile project management techniques, the Telecommunications Engineer will be instrumental to ensuring Virginia Tax's environment can quickly respond to changing needs and requirements.



This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule.

Position requires intermittent 24 hour on call support.

The anticipated hiring salary is up to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
