Our Telecommunications Division has been pioneering the development of next-generation wireless communication infrastructure for over four decades. We offer a comprehensive range of services from network development to complete telecom lifecycle solutions. As the wireless landscape evolves, the need for innovative technology and enduring support services remains steadfast. Our offerings encompass site acquisition, design, construction, and full operational support, including maintenance and deconstruction.

Position Overview

The Telecom Construction Manager oversees the construction timeline, budget, and quality assurance of projects. This role also involves managing the resources engaged in construction activities, including direct reports, matrix staff, and subcontractors.

  • Must uphold and implement the company's safety protocols, ensuring that daily safety plans are reviewed and adhered to, halting work when unsafe practices or conditions arise.
  • Should possess a solid understanding and experience in Construction and Material/BOM Management, collaborating with various departments.
  • Engage with the client's engineering team while leveraging the company's engineering and management resources for informed decision-making.
  • Responsible for scheduling, tracking, measuring, and reporting progress to key stakeholders on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations of ongoing construction projects.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in wireless construction is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Willingness to work day, night, and weekend shifts to support project completion is mandatory.
  • Active OSHA-30 Certification or higher is preferred.
  • MUST BE OPEN TO TRAVEL.

Physical Requirements: The role involves intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Hand dexterity is necessary for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation. The ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds is required. Candidates must be vigilant around construction equipment, as the role involves travel and working near job site machinery, with occasional exposure to hazardous equipment and conditions.
