Our offerings encompass site acquisition, design, construction, operations, maintenance, and deconstruction.

Role Overview

The Telecom Construction Manager oversees the construction timeline, budget, and quality assurance for projects. This role also directs the workforce engaged in construction activities, including direct reports, matrix staff, and external vendors and subcontractors.

  • Ensure adherence to the company's safety protocols, review and implement daily job site safety plans, and halt operations when unsafe practices or conditions are identified.
  • Possess a solid understanding and experience in Construction and Material/BOM Management, collaborating with various departments.
  • Engage with the client's engineering team while leveraging the company's engineering and management resources for informed decision-making.
  • Responsible for scheduling, monitoring, measuring, and reporting progress to key stakeholders on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations of specific ongoing construction projects.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in wireless construction is required.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Willingness to work during the day, night, and weekends to support project completion is necessary.
  • Active OSHA-30 Certification or higher is preferred.
  • Must be open to travel.

Physical Requirements: The role involves intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Hand dexterity is necessary for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation. Ability to reach above and below shoulder height for supplies is required. Must be capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Awareness of equipment in the field is crucial, as travel and work near construction site machinery will occur. Exposure to uneven terrain, dust, gas, fumes, noise, temperature extremes, and potential heights is part of the job.
