Job Overview

Position Summary
Our client, a prominent player in the telecommunications sector within the Mid-Atlantic area, is in search of a skilled Wireless Field Engineer. This role is pivotal as the industry transitions to a 5G infrastructure, requiring expertise in RF technology and field operations.

Key Responsibilities
The Wireless Field Engineer will be responsible for supporting various carriers during their migration to advanced 5G systems. This position entails local travel, with all associated expenses covered by the client, including travel and accommodation when necessary. A company vehicle will also be provided for this role.

Essential Qualifications
1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in RF testing and troubleshooting.

  • Proficient in the installation of RF equipment, including antennas and remote radio heads.
  • Experience with PIM/Sweep Testing and familiarity with OTDR/Spectrum Analyzers.
