This position is a hybrid opportunity, with office location in Rockville, MD.Duties and Responsibilities:
Interface with hiring managers to create job requisitions; assist with defining and validating key position requirements (e.g., defining education, experience, technical knowledge, and competencies)
Source, recruit, and pre-screen candidates for a variety of positionsAssess candidates to determine whether their capabilities match job requirements and company cultureSchedule and set up telephone/in-person interviewsWork with managers to maintain an appropriate candidate pipelineAccurately document and track candidates in the applicant tracking system (Jobvite)Implement recruiting strategies that will keep candidates in the pipeline for upcoming contractsComply with government and human resources laws, policies, and procedures including OFCCP complianceAttend networking events as appropriateRequired Skills:
