Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Keller Williams Realty - Team Leader Experience Required.
  • Strong Leadership and Team-Building Skills: Strong leadership and team-building abilities are essential for this role.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Skilled at forging and nurturing strong, lasting relationships through adept communication.
  • Proven Sales Success: Proven success in sales, particularly in residential real estate, is a must.
  • Goal-Oriented and Accountable: Ability to set and achieve goals, with a focus on accountability.
  • Experience in Career Development and Training: Demonstrated experience in career development and training.
  • Recruiting and Retention Expertise: Proficiency in recruiting and retaining top talent is consistent.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, specifically in the Baltimore, MD area.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: $85,000/year plus commission based on performance. Total annual compensation potential ranges from $200,000 to $250,000.
