Position Title: Client Services Analyst

Location: Baltimore, MD

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Compensation: $20 to $21.33/hr. on W2

Role Overview:

The Client Services Analyst plays a crucial role in managing risk for the Cross-Asset Trade Support Team on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating Credit, Rates, and FX novations.
  • Overseeing long-term debt and Structured Notes lifecycle events.
  • Reconciling positions and products on a daily basis.
  • Managing and dispatching rate reset notifications.
  • Reviewing various daily reports to resolve discrepancies and implement necessary trade amendments.
  • Booking and/or directing the booking of Interest Rate Derivatives.
  • Administering settlements and control processes.
  • Providing support for business process enhancements, including trade flow automation and capacity improvements.
  • Preparing metrics and reports for senior management review.
  • Collaborating with trading desks, sales, and other operational groups to ensure accurate trade processing and reporting.
  • Working alongside the trading desk, COO team, and other infrastructure groups to support business initiatives and testing.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across the business unit.
  • Addressing issues promptly and escalating them to desk and operations senior management as needed.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to systems and processes to enhance efficiency and controls.

  • Excellent communication skills, with comfort in engaging with senior management and trading desks.
  • A collaborative team player, capable of working across multiple operational areas.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Risk awareness and a proactive, responsive attitude.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Self-motivated, with a willingness to seek clarification when needed.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
