We are hiring a Service Supervisor in Houston, Texas, to manage, supervise, and perform day-to-day operations of the Largebore Engine Rebuild Center.

Supervise day-to-day operations of teams
Ensure production deadlines are met
Monitor shop expenses and technician overtime
Perform monthly safety meetings and inspections
Oversee warranty repairs
Open, edit, review, and invoice service work orders
Complete employee performance reviews
Address customer issues, concerns, and disputes
Communicate with Product Support Sales Reps and customers regarding status of repairs
Represent Mustang Cat in a professional manner in and away from the office
Bachelor's degree in Ag Systems Management, Business, mechanical or other related field or tenured work experience in field
Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
Demonstrated ability to positively lead a team
Ability to manage time and priorities appropriately
Experience with SIS
Positive, outgoing personality with the ability to maintain good working relationships
Ability to think on your feet, manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strongly Preferred Experience:
At least 2 years experience in a supervisory role
Knowledge of Cat Systems
