Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that every guest receives outstanding service, contributing to memorable experiences while fostering a positive atmosphere for our associates.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Front Office Manager with daily operations and collaborating with other leaders and team members.
- Providing guests with accurate information regarding hotel services, local attractions, and events.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs with professionalism.
- Overseeing the check-in process, ensuring all guest requests are met and accurate information is recorded.
- Resolving guest issues promptly and effectively, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Promoting hotel programs and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintaining knowledge of emergency procedures and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Managing the front desk cash handling processes, including posting charges and processing refunds.
- Completing required training to maximize your potential and ensure compliance with company standards.
