Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Lyte Fiber, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all customer interactions.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experiences.
  • Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer service performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
