is currently seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who will be responsible to the Board of Directors and for the overall program administration of our Federally Qualified Heath Center (FQHC) here in Casper, WY, as well as (3) other Rural Health Clinics located in Fremont County (frequent travel is required).
The successful candidate will manage and direct all operations of CHCCW toward its primary objectives, based on local, state, and community health needs, Federal and State requirements, and in compliance within the HRSA Program expectations.
The CEO will ensure conformance with and satisfaction of the Mission and Vision of CHCCW.The CEO will directly supervise the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Medical Officer, Director of Operations, Director of Human Resources, and the Senior Executive Assistant.
Other responsibilities include the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all areas within the organization.Qualifications:
A minimum of a Masters Degree (in a field relevant to Health Care) or equivalent combination of experience and education, is required and a minimum of (5) years experience in executive level administration.
Experience including grants, budgets, personnel administration, policy and procedure preparation, financial management and reporting, and experience with Federal, State, and local government reporting is necessary.
Experience working within an FQHC environment and thorough understanding of program expectations and fiscal compliance issues is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
