Role Summary:

The Senior Audio-Visual Installation Supervisor is tasked with leading and managing a team of technicians responsible for the installation of audio-visual hardware components. This role ensures that all financial, programmatic, and operational objectives are met.

As a vital member of the Operations team, you will report directly to a Project Manager and contribute to our mission of delivering a premier sales and AV integration program.

This position involves regional travel, with job sites located throughout various metropolitan areas in the region.


Key Responsibilities:

Your main duties will include:

  • Independently coordinating and supervising teams for the receipt, inventory, assembly, and installation of AV equipment.
  • Directing installation processes and ensuring compliance with company policies regarding quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Training and mentoring junior technicians to enhance their skills and certifications.
  • Handling heavy equipment and supplies, requiring physical strength and stamina.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing audio and video installations.
  • Executing installations in various environments, including confined spaces and elevated heights.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 2-4 years of leadership experience in an AV team.
  • CTS certification; CTS-I certification or the ability to obtain it within a year.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in standard office software.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • The ability to lift 75 pounds and complete safety training.
