Job Summary:
The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for coordinating client onboarding. This person will assist a team of people to ensure contracts are aligned with regulatory requirements while mitigating Company risk. Additionally, this person will be working interdepartmentally to ensure smooth onboarding of Client Partners as well as onboarding of protection plans
for clients.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist implementation functions for EA North America Travel Insurance line of business.
  • Work closing with staff to ensure alignment to EA North American implementation goals.
  • Participates in developing creative solutions to product issues with the objective of maximizing opportunities for
  • profitability and minimizing compliance risks
  • Assists in managing the coordination, assignment, and timely collection of department responses to RFP’s
  • Manage the response process by creating a workflow in Workfront or other Project Management tools that tracks timeliness of responses
  • Execute on all RFP/RFI/Questionnaires/Surveys etc. by developing close relationships with sales, product, legal and finance
  • Work in concert with the commercial team to onboard EA North American clients
  • Oversees partner’s compliance with EA North American guidelines and standards, including initial deployment of EA North American products for agent sales; agent travel insurance / limited lines licensing; installation of predeveloped advertising material in customer-facing advertising, purchase paths and websites
  • Audits partner activity and websites for compliance, investigates compliance issues, makes recommendations for remediation, and implements corrective action in collaboration with Sales Account Managers
  • Establishes communication structure for initial partner on-boarding, training schemes, corrective actions, and offboarding processes

Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills:
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years insurance industry experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience supporting sales functions in onboarding clients
  • Experience with project management with proven track record of working successfully with multiple departments
Education/Certifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
