Administrative Operations Coordinator

Position Overview
This role is responsible for executing a variety of administrative functions under minimal supervision. The individual will support staff, manage documentation, oversee data organization, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees. Strong communication abilities are crucial for success in this position.Veterans' Preference
This position allows veterans and their spouses to claim Veterans' Preference in accordance with applicable statutes, which may include exemptions for educational prerequisites.Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma is mandatory; an Associate's Degree is highly desirable.
- A combination of relevant experience and education may be acceptable.
Experience and Training Requirements
- A minimum of three to five years in an administrative support role is essential.
- Familiarity with Workday and Microsoft 365 applications is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Administers operational and staff support tasks.
- Assists in budget management, procurement processes, and financial record maintenance.
- Provides comprehensive administrative assistance, including handling phone inquiries and resolving issues.
- Coordinates meetings and manages scheduling.
- Prepares reports and aids in troubleshooting.
- Establishes and maintains organized files and databases.
- Sorts and distributes correspondence.
- May oversee and train temporary personnel.
- Undertakes additional related responsibilities as necessary.
