Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and pre-screening employment applications and resumes to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate scheduling for telephone screenings and conduct phone interviews; collaborate with Recruiters to streamline recruitment efforts, including interview arrangements with hiring managers
  • Develop, maintain, and disseminate job postings and advertisements
  • Support the coordination of offer letters and the pre-employment process
  • Initiate and track the pre-employment process, providing updates to branch representatives
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork and orientation
  • Input new hires into the HR Management System (HRMS) and ensure data accuracy through diligent auditing
  • Monitor communications within the HR department, including emails, calls, and voicemails
  • Support various HR functions such as performance management, benefits administration, and handling protected leaves
  • Assist with Union-related tasks, including documentation and employee inquiries
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with extensive communication via phone and electronic means
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
