Primary Duties
- Execute daily housekeeping activities to support the team effectively.
- Assist in the recruitment, evaluation, and onboarding of housekeeping personnel.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for new housekeeping staff.
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
- Oversee inventory management and supply procurement to equip the team with necessary resources.
- Coordinate urgent cleaning requests from various departments.
- Maintain an updated inventory of cleaning chemicals and ensure compliance with safety data sheet (SDS) requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma required; two years of college education preferred. Relevant experience or apprenticeship in a related field is acceptable.
- Experience: Minimum of five years in environmental services or maintenance, with a strong understanding of current regulatory standards.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods. Must be capable of handling up to 75 pounds occasionally.
