The Housekeeping Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Primary Duties
  • Execute daily housekeeping activities to support the team effectively.
  • Assist in the recruitment, evaluation, and onboarding of housekeeping personnel.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions for new housekeeping staff.
  • Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Oversee inventory management and supply procurement to equip the team with necessary resources.
  • Coordinate urgent cleaning requests from various departments.
