Position Overview

This role operates under general oversight, engaging in a variety of administrative functions, offering support to staff, managing recordkeeping, overseeing data administration, and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees. Exceptional communication abilities are crucial for success in this position.

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory; an Associate's Degree is highly regarded.
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be acceptable.

Experience and Training Requirements:

  • A minimum of three to five years in an administrative support capacity is essential.
  • Familiarity with Workday and Microsoft 365 is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administers and supports staff and operational activities.
  • Assists in budget management, procurement processes, and financial record maintenance.
  • Provides comprehensive administrative assistance, including handling phone inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Coordinates meetings and manages scheduling.
  • Prepares reports and contributes to problem-solving initiatives.
  • Establishes and maintains organized files and databases.
  • Sorts and distributes incoming correspondence.
  • May oversee and train temporary personnel.
  • Performs additional related tasks as necessary.
