Responsibilities:

Key Duties:
Assist in sourcing and pre-screening job applications and resumes to assess candidate qualifications

Coordinate scheduling for phone screenings and may conduct initial interviews; proactively manage recruitment efforts in collaboration with Recruiter(s), including organizing interviews with hiring managers

Create, maintain, and publish job postings and advertisements

Support the coordination of offer letters and the pre-employment process

Initiate and track the pre-employment process, providing updates and results to branch representatives

Manage the onboarding process, including facilitating new hire documentation and orientation

Input new hires into the HR Management System (HRMS) and ensure accuracy through meticulous auditing

Monitor HR department communications, including emails, calls, and voicemails

Support various functions within the HR Department, such as performance management, benefits administration, and employee leave management

Assist with Union-related tasks, including documentation, billing, and employee inquiries.

Qualifications:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks

Excellent phone etiquette and highly professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

Capacity to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills, with extensive communication via phone and electronic means with clients and colleagues

Must be at least 18 years of age

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $70,000.00 per year
