Classification: Full-Time Shift: Monday - Friday Pay: $25 per hour – Please note, final offer is based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to prepare numerical / financial reports, and assist with guest resolution. Prior hotel experience and knowledge of OnQ are preferred.

What will I be doing?

Provides the General Manager and Director of Food and Beverage with administrative support including typing, filing, answering telephones, maintaining appointment calendars, note-taking and have strong problem solving skills and other general office duties. 

Prepares and types correspondence and fairly complex numerical/financial reports, as directed. Prepares correspondence on behalf of management. Duplicates, copy's and distributes and mails materials for the department/office. Uses the property’s email system and maintains their email box, as is policy. Additionally, this position may or may not have access and/or control over the email box of their supervisor(s). Appropriate business use of telephone and voice mail system. Greets internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner. Announces visitors and/or handles requests, as appropriate. Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment. Maintains files and equipment in an orderly and professional manner. Requirements
