What we're looking for:
Iodine Software is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager - to join the team. Reporting to the Vice President, Product Commercialization, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive product innovation, differentiation, and market success.
What you'll do:

  • Work closely with the product management team to understand product vision, roadmap, and strategic objectives.
  • Lead market research initiatives to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and major product updates.
  • Define target market segments, buyer personas, and positioning strategies.
  • Develop compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with target customers and differentiate our products in the market.
  • Create sales enablement materials, including sales presentations, product collateral, and competitive battle cards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive alignment and execution of product marketing initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer insights to inform product strategy and marketing efforts.


What we'd love to see:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative market analysis
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Preferred experience with a competitive intelligence tool (e.g: Klue, Crayon)
  • Preferred experience in healthcare SaaS strongly preferred
  • Preferred 2+ years of healthcare industry experience
  • Cross-functional, high emotional intelligence and relationship skills, and an ability to read and adapt to changing environments
