What you'll be responsible for:

Circle is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Strategist to spearhead the Go-to-Market initiatives for Circle's suite of developer tools and blockchain infrastructure.

This position will report to our Senior Manager of Product Marketing and collaborate with a dynamic, results-oriented team focused on this strategic product segment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the authority on our products' features, advantages, competitive landscape, customer segmentation, and platform narrative tailored for developers.
  • Crafting positioning, messaging, and channel strategies to propel GTM for new product introductions and ongoing growth initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Product and Business Development teams to identify emerging market opportunities and assist in the discovery and definition of new products.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate GTM activations through marketing, communications, and sales enablement materials (e.g., product webpages, blog articles, pitch presentations, one-pagers, battlecards, technical workshops, case studies).
What you'll bring to Circle:
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing or a combination of Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields; experience in B2B software or technology services is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, digital currencies, fintech, and capital markets.
  • Proven track record in developing compelling and distinct positioning, messaging, and core product marketing materials for highly technical products.
  • Experience in driving GTM strategy and execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and eager to delve deeply into technology and learn.
  • Ability to thrive in unstructured environments and create order from chaos.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Coda, and macOS.
Additional Information:
  • This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
Circle is dedicated to fostering an inclusive financial future, with transparency at the heart of our mission. We consider a variety of factors when determining our compensation ranges and total compensation packages.

Starting salary is influenced by various elements, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Please note that compensation ranges may vary for candidates in different locations.

Base Pay Range: $175,000 - $225,000

Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%

Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)). Circle offers a discretionary vacation policy, along with 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
