Administrative Support Coordinator

Bend, OR

PrideStaff, a recruiting firm specializing in support Central Oregon business, is recruiting for an Administrative Support Coordinator.  This is a full time, benefited position.  The focus is to ensure onboarding (new hire docs, work authorization, etc.) are completed timely and accurately, along with shared duties processing some Accounts Payable information.

Administrative Support Coordinator Requirements:
  • Complete administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Work with departments to ensure project objective and timelines are met
  • Audit some of the accounts payable workload
  • Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Other duties as assigned in the full job description
Administrative Support Coordinator Requirements:
  • Experience coordinating relevant activities in an office environment
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • MS Office Suite Proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic working conditions: The employee must have their own method of dependable transportation and work full time. The employee must be able to work successfully in a team. The employee must be able to stand, stoop, or crouch for long periods of time.
