We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and HR events.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of required paperwork.

Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining HR databases and systems.

Benefits Administration:

  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Provide employees with information about benefits programs and assist with resolving benefits-related issues.

HR Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation as required.

Employee Relations:

  • Assist with employee relations activities, including coordinating employee recognition programs and company events.
  • Address basic HR-related inquiries from employees and escalate issues as necessary.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions for employees.
  • Assist with the preparation of training materials and tracking employee training progress.

Special Projects:

  • Participate in HR special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR or healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
