About This Role: 

The Corporate Services Administrator is part of the team responsible for creating and maintaining an organized, modern, and welcoming office environment for clients and employees, supporting business goals. The Corporate Services team is a services organization with the employee base being our customer and is responsible for all aspects of office, facilities, and real estate management. Candidates must have strong organization, collaboration, and customer service skills. 

Job Description: 

  • Answer and appropriately route calls that come into Forrester’s switchboard. 

  • Greet employees, visitors, clients, and vendors to the office. 

  • Monitor and control access gates in the lobby. Confirm employment before letting individuals through the gates. 

  • Maintain security logs with all visitors’ and incoming employee information. 

  • Validate parking tickets and maintain logs. 

  • Maintain neat and presentable lobby area, including coffee/tea/water station for clients, accessible client meeting rooms, and lobby plants. 

  • Employee services: Monitor and support Corporate Services requests from submittal to close, promptly and with strong communication. 

  • Participate in shipping and mail services team responsibilities both incoming and outgoing. 

  • Vendor liaison: Oversee vendor maintenance, upgrades, inventory, and procurement as needed. 

  • Office environment: Maintain a functional office environment, including conference room readiness, office supply cabinets stock, printer supply stock, and coffee equipment maintenance. 

  • Team support: Provide backup and/or support to Corporate Services team initiatives. 

Job Requirements: 

  • A year of office front desk and/or customer service experience is a plus. 

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently. 

  • Someone who can lift up to 50 lb, as the role requires moving packages and arranging furniture. 

  • Excellent professional customer service skills, including written and verbal communication.
